2. Joining and Subscriptions


About Senior Subscriptions/Membership Fees
All of our membership fees are all-inclusive and that means NO additional weekly match fee is payable for ordinary league matches and mid-week training.

The playing fees cover most weekend hockey, coaching and training during the normal season, September to April. Other hockey may attract a league, festival or tournament fee and/or a match fee. Such hockey includes summer hockey, midweek leagues and tournaments, festivals and some Sunday cup matches.

All fees are due by 30th September and must be paid in full or Direct Debits activated before 30th September.

Club membership and subscription payments are administered through our website/mobile app and allow members to sign up to the club online and pay online.
This enables the club to be effective in its member administration across the club, as well as tracking player availability and team selection.

To join TWHC as a senior:
1) Register with the club website ("JOIN THIS CLUB" - make sure that you confirm your email address when you receive the relevant email from pitchero)
2) Choose what role you would like to apply for (Player and/or Club (social) Member)
4) Fill in your registration details to request to join the club and add your photo - remember to add date of birth and emergency contact details.
5) The membership secretary will assign the appropriate subscription level and you should receive a request to pay via the app.
(6) Contact the relevant club captain to tell them about you and how you want to progress your playing.

Junior Membership
A parent must join first before registering a junior. There are no subscriptions for non-playing parents unless they also want to join as social non-playing members of the club.

Detailed instructions for joining juniors
Go to our website at www.twhc.co.uk
Click on join this club .. you will then have the option to add the children in the next step
At this stage you can add your details (yours, not your children's!). Note you need to add your date of birth, otherwise the system thinks you are too young and safeguarding wont allow us to send you information.

Then ... 'Apply for roles' … click on 'club member' and 'parent'
You will then be asked to type in your child's name, 'click on here if your child is not on the list'
then add your child's name … for the team, put either 'boys/girls waiting list' and we will alocate the team as appropriate

….. Your application will then need to be accepted by the system. When it is you will get an email/Pitchero message
When they are 'accepted' please log back in to add their details like date of birth and emergency contact details
To do this go back to the 'my account page'
You should find your child's name at the top of the page in red .. click on that
Click on 'membership details'
Playing section can now be set to 'Juniors Sunday only'
Make sure you have filled in the date of birth and the emergency contact details - and there are some consent boxes to tick.
remember to save any changes
